Welcome back to school, Third Graders!  I'm very excited for this year to begin.  I hope you will check out our class blog regularly.  Here, I post websites and assignments that will help you with homework and projects completed in class.

I strongly believe that learning should be both fun and rigorous.  Plan to be academically challenged as we study new concepts and topics this year together.  I will help strengthen your self-confidence and learning potential as we explore new web 2.0 programs and complete projects I'm sure you'll enjoy.  I also believe that your needs are best met in a caring and brain-friendly environment where high expectations are held for everyone.  We will work hard, but we will have lots of fun along the way!

Our classroom community encourages all of you to appreciate that we are unique individuals with something special to contribute to our classroom.  I am excited to work with each family and look forward to another fabulous year in third grade!
